Our Organisation
We have approximately 8,000 people working across five divisions at Renewi. Our teams work together at a local, divisional and Group level to ensure that we share our knowledge, skill and technical know-how to benefit us all. We provide our people with a safe and inspiring workplace, along with the tools and training required to support them in achieving their maximum potential.

This combination makes us stronger as a team where new starters share fresh perspectives and bring best practice from other sectors to supplement the knowledge of our existing long-serving and dedicated teams. As we have restructured our organisation to be more focused on our customers and markets, this has brought exciting new opportunities for our people to grow in their roles. Our recent divisional restructure involved seven internal promotions and 24 role changes, demonstrating our commitment towards developing people.
