Van Gansewinkel receives approval in Belgium for merger with Shanks

Today Van Gansewinkel received approval from the competition authorities in Belgium for the proposed merger with Shanks. Completion of the Merger remains conditional on the receipt of approval from the relevant competition authorities in the Netherlands. Continued positive progress is also being made in relation to this approval, which the Board believes will complete in line with previous expectations.
