Our mission is to protect the world by breathing new life into used materials. By turning waste into value, we provide benefits for our customers, employees, communities and the planet. Our efforts are aligned with six of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Sustainability: our customers and ourselves alike
We approach sustainability in two ways. On the one hand, we help our customers with their sustainability goals, by providing solutions that give new life to their waste, thus avoiding carbon emissions in the chain. We also support them in complying with applicable legislation, such as CSRD requirements.
On the other hand, we focus on our own sustainability efforts. We are actively reducing our own carbon emissions and are committed to the wellbeing of people and communities.

Current
Renewi continues to give cooling and household appliances a new life
Renewi proudly announces the extension of its collaboration with Stichting OPEN, the organization responsible for collecting and processing e-waste in the Netherlands. Under this new agreement, Renewi will recycle approximately 30,000 tons of cooling and freezing appliances and 12,500 tons of small household appliances annually.
Concrete columns with 100% recycled sand mark new milestone in concrete recycling
Waste-to-product company Renewi and construction materials producer Holcim are taking an important step together towards circular dike reinforcement. In the production of the innovative Basalton concrete columns, all naturally sourced sand is fully replaced with recycled sand from Renewi, derived from crushed concrete.
ATM and Joint Corridors Off-Road make construction logistics more sustainable
ATM, part of waste-to-product company Renewi, is making its transport more sustainable. In collaboration with the Joint Corridors Off-Road programme (run by Logistics Community Brabant), the company is shifting part of its materials transport from road to water.
