He spent over 20 years at UPS, including as President of UPS China and Western Europe, driving international growth and operational transformation. Harld also worked as Regional President Northern Europe for ManpowerGroup, overseeing multiple business lines and leading digital and operational change in the HR services sector. He combines international experience and a strategic mindset with a hands-on, data-driven leadership style, always with a strong focus on people, performance, safety, and long-term impact. Harld holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from Radboud University Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

He has also served as Regional CFO with full P&L accountability in complex, multicountry environments. His experience combines handson business partnership with a strong track record in performance improvement, capital discipline and largescale transformation.

She held senior roles at Damco and GEFCO, overseeing operations and commercial improvements across multiple countries serving as the overall P&L owner. Since 2023 Naomi has been a Member of The Supervisory Board of Schenk Transport, a specialized international logistics company focused on the road and international transport of liquid products, gases and hazardous materials through Europe. Naomi holds a University degree in Philosophy and executive management education certificates from IMD (Switzerland) and De Baak (Netherlands).

In her most recent role as General Manager of JDE Professional Netherlands, she was responsible for the Dutch professional market, where she achieved sustainable growth and took customer satisfaction to the next level. She has also proven to be a strong leader in operational excellence and safety. Kwafie holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and an MBA from Nyenrode Business University. Her background in engineering, combined with her strategic vision and experience in sustainable operations, makes her particularly well suited to strengthening the growth and development of Renewi.

A business‑focused and transformational leader, Richard is known for positioning technology as a driver of growth and value creation. He has a strong track record in modernising IT organisations, strengthening digital capabilities, and aligning technology with business strategy. His experience spans complex global environments, managing major transformation programmes, and building IT functions into strategic partners to the business.

At Renewi, Richard is responsible for developing and delivering a technology strategy that supports growth, accelerates innovation, and enhances operational performance. Passionate about sustainability, he believes technology is a critical enabler for a circular future. Richard also plays an active role in the wider CIO community and currently co‑chairs the Governing Body of the Benelux CIO Community. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Liverpool John Moores University.

Kirsten holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Karel de Grote University College and completed several strategic HR courses at Vlerick Business School. Her strong background in international HR policy and talent management forms a valuable contribution to Renewi's success.
