Renewi, a leading waste-to-product company, is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to its Executive Leadership Team: Naomi Landman as Chief Commercial Officer and Richard Ventre as Chief Information Officer.

Richard Ventre – Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Effective 5 January 2026, Richard Ventre will join Renewi as CIO. Richard brings extensive experience in leveraging technology to create business value, gained in senior IT leadership roles across international logistics and supply chain companies. His focus will be on building a technology strategy that enables growth and delivers measurable impact. Richard is passionate about sustainability and believes that small changes by individuals can make a big difference for future generations.

Naomi Landman – Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Naomi Landman will join Renewi on 12 January 2026. With 25 years of international commercial leadership experience at companies such as Maersk, Damco, and GEFCO, she successfully drove transformation and profitable growth. Naomi will shape and lead the development of a customer-centric commercial strategy, strengthening partnerships and accelerating Renewi’s growth ambitions. She is energised by the company’s purpose of giving new life to used materials and sees a unique opportunity to help customers transition to a circular economy.
