Renewi introduces innovative circular bins

The Renewi rolling bin containers
International waste-to-product company, Renewi plc (LSE: RWI) is introducing innovative circular bins in the Netherlands.
The circular bins will be made from plastics that have been collected and recycled by Renewi, giving a new life to these useful materials. Some of the material also originates from old Renewi containers which are no longer suitable for use. The concept will apply to Renewi’s “rolling bins” in the Netherlands. Going forward, any new types of these containers deployed for collection will be completely circular.
Renewi will deliver the plastics to plastics processing specialist, KRN who convert it to plastic recyclate. The plastic recyclate will then be used by manufacturers, ESO and Sulo to produce the new circular rolling bins. Working together, the companies developed the production process to enable the production of the correct specification and colour of Renewi containers.
