Renewi strengthens Executive Committee with appointment of HR Director

International waste-to-product company, Renewi plc (LSE: RWI) has appointed Helen Richardson as HR Director, strengthening its Executive Committee with this permanent appointment.
Helen has a strong track record in international HR leadership roles. She has worked across various industries including FMCG, Telecommunications, Real Estate Development and Retail. During her career, Helen has developed a strong portfolio of experience in all aspects of the HR domain including organisational design, cultural change and talent development.
For the past eight years Helen has been in various HR leadership roles at Danone / Nutricia. During this period, Helen has played a leading role in the integration of several businesses, professionalising HR by driving employee engagement, putting Talent Management at the heart of the organisation and improving HR Services.
Helen joined Renewi on 1 April 2019 and succeeds Renewi’s Interim HR Director, Niko Veenstra who has been leading the HR function since June 2018.
